 Orwell is a small village located just off the A603 in South Cambridgeshire. (Click here for map)  • Our productions take place in Orwell Village Hall (unless otherwise stated). • Tickets can be bought at Orwell Post Office (unless otherwise stated). From Cambridge or the M11... Take the Barton Rd (A603, junction 12 on the M11) towards Sandy. Continue along this road for about five miles. After a hill, and the Orwell village sign, turn left into Orwell, Fishers Lane (signposted Orwell and Barrington). Continue along Fishers Lane past the church. For the post office, turn right into Town Green Rd; for the village hall, continue straight on. This is now the high street. The village hall is on your right. Just before the village hall there is a sign for a car park and recycling facility on your left. From Royston or Huntingdon... Take the A1198 until the roundabout where it crosses the A603. Head towards Cambridge and Wimpole on the A603. After Wimpole, take the second turning right for Orwell (signposted Orwell and Barrington) into Fishers Lane. Continue along Fishers Lane past the church. For the post office, turn right down Town Green Rd; for the village hall, continue straight on. This is now the high street. The village hall is on your right. Just before the village hall there is a sign for a car park and recycling facility on your left. |
