Commercial Property Consultants
In today’s competitive marketplace all companies are anxious to keep outgoings to a minimum. Consequently we are prepared to adopt a flexible approach towards professional fees and also to provide an initial consultation at no charge to the client. If specific instructions develop from this initial consultation then fees would be agreed on either a quantum meruit or a performance related basis, whichever was felt to be most appropriate. All fees are, however, exclusive of VAT and travelling expenses.
